In order to use these insights for investment, this candidate should feel comfortable using English as working language, be familiar with web3 industry and with on-chain analysis tools such as Nansen, Dune or Zerion, etc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring markets in real time, improving our trading algorithms, and digging into data to create better models. We prefer candidates with a strong quantitative background who are comfortable thinking in terms of probabilities and expected value.
